Please bring bedding, linen
and bath towels yourself.
The caravan is fully equipped
with refrigerator, gas stove, 2 double beds (1.40 X 2.00 meters), stove, parasol,
stretcher, etc. The caravan is not equipped with articles of
consumption (like salt, pepper, coffee, thea, etc.)
Pets are allowed on the property but not in our caravan. |

In general: Your reservation
is final after having received your (down) payment. Payment
is due for the whole booked period even if you arrive later or leave sooner.
Both for the caravan as for the guestrooms we
ask a down payment of 50% of
the total sum due when booking. We
advise you to contract an annulation insurance.
Caravan: the downpayment
is 50% of the total amount due. The rest of the payment must be paid
on arrival. At cancellation up to 8
weeks before booking date down payment will be fully refunded; up to 3
weeks half of the down payment, minus € 20,- administration cost.
Guest rooms:
when booking down payment is 50%.
On cancellation up to 8 weeks before booking date down

Campsite:
Between the month of May to August we advise you to book up
front. Down payment is 50% The rest is paid on arrival. On
