Conditions

In general: Your reservation is final after having received your (down) payment. Payment is due for the whole booked period even if you arrive later or leave sooner. Both for the caravan as for the guestrooms we ask a down payment of 50% of the total sum due when booking. We advise you to contract an annulations insurance.

Holiday cottage: the down payment is 50% of the total amount due. The rest of the payment must be paid 3 weeks before arrival. At cancellation up to 8 weeks before the booking date down payment will be fully refunded; up to 3 weeks half of the down payment, minus € 20,- administration cost.
We ask a € 200,- bail, which we will refund within a week after the rental period.

Campsite: Between the month of May to August we advise you to book up front. Down payment is 50% The rest is paid on arrival. On cancellation up to 8 weeks before the booking date down payment will be refunded, up to 3 weeks half of the down payment, minus € 20,- administration cost.
